Ascend Website Reset - Google Hard Reload

Challenge

If Dentrix Ascend is not behaving as expected a good first step is an Empty Cache and Hard Reset.

Cause

Google Chrome and Dentrix Ascend are not behaving as expected. X-ray sensors failing to activate, IOC's failing to bring video screen up and activate. 

Solution

1. While on the Dentrix Ascend Tab in Google Chrome, press F12 on the keyboard to activate Developer Mode

   

2. Right Click on the Reload Icon (1) then click Empty Cache and Hard Reload (2)

   

   3. Attempt task in Dentrix Ascend again. If this doesn't fix the issue reach out to IT.
