Exporting Images to Oral Arts

Challenge

Need to export images to Oral Arts.

Solution

1. Log into computer with CliniView software on it.

2. Open Cliniview.

3. Search for Patient Record that needs to have exported images.

4. Select Image (1) that you want to export. Click Export (2).

5. Click Create New Folder (1) and name it the patient that is being exported go into that folder. Select CT (3) on DiCOM Modality. Select Export (4).

6. Open up a web browser and go to www.dropbox.com and log in with your account.

     a. If you don't have access to the share for the external site reach out to [e-mail]

     b. Request dropbox info from [e-mail] if you don't have it.

7. Put files in folder labeled "Penwell."

8. Confirm with [e-mail] that they received the files.
