Setup Credit Card Reader in Ortho2 Edge Cloud

Challenge

Configure Ortho2 Edge Cloud to use cloud connected credit card readers.

Cause

There are some settings that need to be enabled to allow you to use the desired credit card readers.

Solution

1. Open Edge Online & Login

2. Click on User Options (1).

3. In User Options select Financial (1) then select the needed check scanners (2) you will need on that computer (If on the server, select all of the ones your team uses) then click Ok

4. When posting a payment select (Credit Card - Aquire with device) (1) then select the EMV device that is going to be used (2)

5. On the screen of the Credit Card reader it will say it is ready for payment.
