Solution
1. Detach cable from IOC camera. Hold the base of the Cable (1) and the IOC camera & pull the cables apart. This should take minimal pressure to do so.
2. To reconnect line up Notch (1) on cable with Slot (2) on camera then reconnect. This should only have minimal resistance to reconnect. If this is difficult, STOP and make sure the notch and slot are lined up.
